- You can also buy a parking permit with Fast Tap on the HotSpot app. This permit is for individuals who prefer to pay the daily parking fee on occasion, without buying a longer-term permit. Look for signs with a unique QR code by lot, in lots B1, B2 and B3, for access.
Parking Pass
- Parking passes (per month, per semester or per year) can also be purchased, via the HotSpot app only. The transactions can be done entirely on your mobile device or computer.
- Please refer to the website https://htsp.ca/ for any information or questions.

- For regular users, a subscription fee ($30.00 annually or $3.00 monthly) provides access to the HotSpot app throughout North America. Note that these fees go to HotSpot, not to Collège Boréal.
