Collège Boréal’s Early Childhood Leadership and Governance program trains competent leaders in the early childhood field, focusing on developing management, leadership, and governance skills to run early childhood education programs effectively. It develops expertise in human resources management, strategic planning, and an understanding of public policies relating to early childhood, paving the way for management positions in early childhood education institutions.

This continuing education program consisting of three part-time courses allows professionals in the field to develop skills to ensure the effective functioning of an organization, while considering the close links between the organizational governance structure, strategic planning and legislative framework, all highlighting programs and services that align with the vision of the Early Learning and Child Care Framework.
