Collège Boréal recognized as a 2026 McLean & Company HR Management & Governance Excellence Award Winner
Collège Boréal is proud to announce that it has received a 2026 McLean & Company Excellence Award in the Small division of the HR Management & Governance category. The College joins leading organizations from around the world recognized by the firm.
The McLean & Company Excellence Awards celebrate organizations that turn insight into action and demonstrate meaningful, measurable progress. The HR Management & Governance Excellence Award recognizes organizations that leverage diagnostic insights to assess HR team alignment, effectiveness, and accountability to strengthen HR’s ability to support organizational goals.
Rather than viewing the diagnostic as simply a measure of satisfaction, Boréal’s Human Resources team uses the findings to take a critical look at how HR supports the College, identify gaps and better understand the priorities of its internal partners. These insights help set improvement priorities and guide an HR strategy aligned with the College’s organizational goals. This approach has already translated into concrete action, including improvements in talent acquisition and onboarding, greater access to professional development and performance support, and the automation of administrative tasks. These changes allow HR professionals to spend more time providing strategic and personalized support. The team will continue to measure progress to promote accountability, continuous improvement and responsiveness to the evolving needs of Boréal’s workforce.
The 2026 McLean & Company Excellence Award winners were selected from a competitive pool of hundreds of eligible organizations. In the HR Management & Governance category, winners demonstrated measurable progress in optimizing team alignment and enhancing HR effectiveness, leading to stronger people and culture initiatives.
