Collège Boréal launches its first Business and Francophone Entrepreneurship Week
Running from February 17 to 20, Collège Boréal kicks off its first Business and Francophone Entrepreneurship Week today.
Organized by Collège Boréal’s School of Business and Community Services and the Espace d’innovation, de recherche et d’incubation Desjardins (EIRI), in collaboration with Research & Innovation Boréal, the initiative aims to highlight and energize Ontario’s Francophone and bilingual entrepreneurial ecosystem through a wide range of activities.
Designed as a space for networking, learning, and collaboration, the week will spotlight immigrant entrepreneurs and women entrepreneurs, while showcasing Francophone innovation and economic development. It is intended for Boréal students, entrepreneurs, economic partners, and community organizations, while helping strengthen economic ties between Toronto and Sudbury.
Offered in person and online, the week’s program includes thematic panels, hands-on workshops and webinars, networking activities, a showcase of student and entrepreneurial projects, activities for high school students, and two career fairs (in Toronto and Sudbury). Together, these activities will offer participants an immersive, hands-on experience.
