Collège Boréal’s Early Childhood Education Leadership program trains competent leaders to effectively coach and guide early childhood educators, focusing on developing skills in leadership, teaching, and educational program management. It develops expertise in program planning and evaluation, promoting child development and creating stimulating learning environments, paving the way for leadership positions in early childhood education.

This continuing education program consisting of three part-time courses allows professionals in the field to ensure compliance with the provincial legislative framework, notably expectations regarding the pedagogical approach. This micro-certificate supports the development of skills that enable participants to create, support and evaluate high-quality learning programs that showcase pedagogical approaches which align with the vision of the Early Learning and Child Care Framework.
