Advantages of Working at Boréal
- The Collège fosters a continuous learning environment that encourages and enables individuals to maximize their potential. Employees can apply for training reimbursements through our professional development fund.
- The Collège offers a discount of $20.00 to their employees for many courses offered by the Collège
- Full-time employees benefit from a minimum of fifteen (15) days of paid vacation, the period from December 25 to January 1 inclusively (unless there is an operational requirement by the sector) and seven (7) other public holidays. Annual vacations gradually increase with seniority.
- Comprehensive health benefits, including life, disability, dental, vision, hearing and extended health care insurance are provided to full-time and part-time employees and their families. On average, over 80% of the cost of these benefits is paid by the Collège.
- The physical and mental health of employees is supported by our family and employee assistance program, Telus Health.
