Professional Development
  • The Collège fosters a continuous learning environment that encourages and enables individuals to maximize their potential. Employees can apply for training reimbursements through our professional development fund.
  • The Collège offers a discount of $20.00 to their employees for many courses offered by the Collège
Vacation and Time Off
  • Full-time employees benefit from a minimum of fifteen (15) days of paid vacation, the period from December 25 to January 1 inclusively (unless there is an operational requirement by the sector) and seven (7) other public holidays. Annual vacations gradually increase with seniority.
