Leadership to support Mental Health and Well-Being

This micro-certification aims to strengthen the leadership and mentoring skills of early childhood education managers in order to foster an inclusive, collaborative, inspirational organizational culture. It prepares managers to meet the wide range of needs that young children present with, support their teams in adopting tailored practices and establish a positive, welcoming, engaging work environment.

The training specifically focuses on supporting children’s well-being and mental health by creating balanced, safe and stimulating learning environments. The training will also equip managers to support mental health and wellness among educators, prevent burnout and build team unity.
