Inclusive Leadership and Cultural Diversity within Early Childhood

This micro-certification aims to develop leadership and mentoring skills in early childhood education managers in order to help establish an inclusive, collaborative and motivating organizational culture. A special focus is placed on leaders’ ability to meet the wide range of needs young children present with and to support their teams as they adopt tailored, equitable, intercultural practices, thereby helping create respectful learning environments for children and their families.
