In just 16 weeks, our Carpentry Fundamentals program equips students for diverse carpentry careers, from working with contractors to retail opportunities in hardware and building supply stores. Graduates emerge job-ready, with pathways available for further apprenticeship training.
About this Training
The 16-week Carpentry Fundamentals program will prepare students for a wide variety of opportunities in the carpentry field.
Successful students will be job-ready and may find employment with general contractors, subcontractors, new home builders, and restoration contractors. They may also find opportunities in retail, selling building materials in hardware stores, lumberyards and building centres. Alternatively, students may choose to continue their learning through the apprenticeship pathway.
