About the Training
This Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) course will equip participants with the tools necessary to safely control hazardous energy while work is being performed.
It will define key individuals and their requirements under LOTO programs, which are procedures designed to isolate hazardous energy at a particular site. LOTO ensures that only the worker who originally placed the locks and tags and possesses the corresponding key can remove them. Following a LOTO program ensures that the hazardous energy cannot be intentionally or accidentally reactivated while the machinery or equipment is locked out.
Participants will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the training.
