Who can I contact if I’m having technical issues with my computer or classroom equipment?
Visit the IT Service Centre (CSI – Centre des services informatiques) at your site or campus. The CSI provides a range of computer, audiovisual and videoconferencing services to the entire Boréal student and staff community.
You can also request support by selecting the appropriate service in the tech support section (Centre d’appui technique) of the self-service portal (Portail libre-service).
How do I allow CSI technologists to access my computer for remote support?
Click on the name of the technician (Techniciens d’assistance) providing support at sos.collegeboreal.ca.
How do I connect to Boréal’s wireless network?
In the tech support section (Centre d’appui technique) of the self-service portal (Portail libre-service), click on Connexion WiFi Windows and follow the instructions.
How do I connect to a wireless printer at Collège Boréal?
In the tech support section (Centre d’appui technique) of the self-service portal (Portail libre-service), click on Installation d’imprimante (install printer) and follow the instructions.
